Papeterie Craft Retreats
Charlotte & Debbi have been running craft retreats in Aberdeen since 2012. Our retreats are a submersive experience for beginners and experienced crafters alike.
After working at Stoneywood papermill for 11 and 8 years respectively, Charlotte Ainscough and Debbi Glennie purchased the Papeterie Crafts and Papeterie Stationery businesses from the owners in 2021. They have grown the crafting arm since then with a new online shopping experience at www.thepapeterie.com and launched a range of new, exclusive, and affordable craft products with more being released regularly, alongside the wedding & event stationery arm.

What happens at our Retreats?
Choose your preferred number of days of classes, whether with or without accommodation.
We provide ALL tools and materials for all classes – there’s no need to bring any supplies with you. We also have a pop-up shop with a small selection of craft goodies for sale.
There will be 4 classes per day, focusing on paper craft projects including card-making, scrapbooking, altered art, craft techniques and lots more.
Dinner and breakfast will be provided at the hotel for those staying with us. Everyone will be treated to lunch each day of the retreat as well as refreshments throughout the day at the hotel.
We ask our guests to complete an anonymous feedback form at the end of the retreat and we constantly use this feedback to make improvements to the retreat experience for our guests.
